David McCourt joins Softwhere Solutions
Softwhere Solutions welcomes David McCourt as its new Application Development Manager. With 6 years of experience as a GIS Manager for county and city level governments, David understands the problems that face local government GIS systems. With over 8 years of experience as a GIS programmer, he also understands how to create the tools to solve these problems.
In his previous position at Applied Technological Services, Inc. (ATS), David created more than 30 GIS Web applications for customers such as US Army Garrison, DFW Airport, City of Killeen, City of McAllen and City of Amarillo. David is an ASP.Net certified developer. As an Oracle Certified Database Professional (ODP), David is well versed in managing spatial databases in both Oracle and SQL Server.
