Principals
Karen Lynch, President
Karen founded Softwhere Solutions in 1999 to provide GIS consulting and certified GIS training to the Dallas Metroplex. Prior to starting Softwhere Solutions, Karen served as a Mapping Sciences Lab Manager and GIS Consultant. Karen graduated from Texas A&M University in 1996 with a Master’s degree in Geography.
David McCourt, Application Development Manager
With 6 years of experience as a GIS Manager for county and city level governments, David understands the problems that face most local government GIS systems. With over 8 years of experience as a GIS programmer, he also understands how to create the tools to solve these problems. David graduated from Texas A&M University in 1994 with a Master’s degree in Geography focusing on GIS.
